Putney Fulham wedding video highlights | Nicky & Simon
Nicky and Simon’s wedding was a special pleasure to film as I had also filmed her sister Olivia’s wedding to Charlie – it was lovely to see everybody again, and of course it’s always gratifying when clients are happy to recommend me to family and friends! This time the wedding was in London, at a church in Putney with the reception in Parson’s Green, Fulham.
All Saints Putney wedding ceremony
Nicky and Simon’s wedding ceremony was held at the Anglican church of All Saints’ Putney, a splendid late Victorian parish church decorated in the “Arts and Crafts” style by the famous Victorian designers Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris. It made a superb backdrop for the wedding, as you’ll see from the highlights video below. The bride was given away by her father Stuart, who I suspect although he loves them both is quite glad he only has two daughters!
Wedding reception at The Worx
After the ceremony we all headed up New King’s Road to The Worx in Parson’s Green for the reception. During the week the various spaces at The Worx are used for film and photography shoots, conferences and events – but at the weekend it’s also used for wedding receptions and parties. It’s a bright contemporary location and suited Nicky and Simon’s wedding very well.
Here’s Nicky and Simon’s highlights movie – it’s 1080p HD so may take a while to load on some connections. (Click the four-headed arrow in the player once it’s rolling to view full screen).
